At a time of pause during unprecedented times kids together with family have an opportunity to play the game of football and practice at home or in the local park.

Whether you consider yourself a beginner or advanced the great thing about the world game is all you need is a ball at your feet and possibly if available a partner (sibling or parent) who can help or join in with your session.

We have organised YT playlists for various levels as well as recommended other videos to watch.

For Conditioning and injury prevention we highly recommend completing the FIFA11+ full session (three times per week minimum). It takes 15 minutes and is suitable for siblings and parents too!

This is an excellent way to continue on from your FIFA 11 warm up.  The conditioning sessions can go from 6 to 8 weeks.

Take a look and tweak the weeks as per your fitness  capabilities.
